SITUATION
A US-based small-cap pharmaceutical company with a preclinical asset sought guidance on partnership opportunities with larger companies, several of which showed interest in licensing the drug or acquiring the company outright.
OUR ROLE
We performed a topline market assessment and disease indication prioritization, followed by the development of a robust valuation model and deal term analysis. We also developed alternative scenarios to inform discussions with potential partners.
